THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event?

Le Space Inspire is the largest media art exhibition in the country. Spanning an incredible 6,600 square meters, this cutting-edge venue features 18 distinct zones under the theme "Beyond the Cosmos," inviting visitors on a captivating journey through space.

Highlights include the Big Bang zone - where stars seemingly fall from above, the Volcanic Zone enhanced by fog and volcanic scents, Parallel Universe - where the ocean splits before you offering a surreal view into alternate realities and the Imagine Gallery where digital characters mimic your movements.

Built without pillars and with high ceilings, Le Space maximizes its immersive potential by projecting visuals across all surfaces. With cutting-edge interactive technologies like motion recognition and sound detection, every corner invites you to engage and explore like never before.
Where is the experience located? The experience is located at Level 1 of INSPIRE Integrated Resort, 127 Gonghangmunhwa-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1-2 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Food and beverage are not available for purchase at the exhibition.
Is there parking available? There is parking available at the Inspire Resort. Parking Area A is the closest parking to Le Space. Free parking is supported for 3 hours when viewing the exhibition.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there merchandise available for purchase? Merchandise is available for purchase at the Le Space Art shop.

ABOUT TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? There is a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes and refunds up to 24 hours before the event. You can change the date and/or time of your session by going to the “Tickets” section of the Fever app and clicking on the "Change date and/or time" button. You can also contact us for the same - please include the ticket ID associated with your purchase.

Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a large group, please check out group options here.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 55 minutes. There may be waiting time. Please note that the last admission to this experience is at 8:10 PM.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this event’s location. Service dogs can be allowed, please contact us at 1533-3660.
Is the venue accessible? This is an accessible venue, with wheelchairs available to rent at the venue. Please note that the wheelchair availability is limited.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience. There are limited chairs and beanbags available in some of the pavilions inside the exhibition.
Will restrooms be available on site? Restrooms are available outside the exhibition venue — please ask our staff on site for indications.
Will there be strobe lights? This event includes bright lights. If bright lights concern you please approach our onsite staff.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Please note that commercial filming is not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the onsite staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. or you call us at 1533-3660.
Are there storage lockers available? Currently, there are no storage lockers available onsite.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Is there a nursing room at the venue? Le Space has a nursing room with a feeding and diaper changing area.
Which items are prohibited at the experience? Please note that food and beverages are not allowed inside the exhibition. Dangerous items (including weapons, fireworks) are prohibited inside the exhibition.
Is smoking allowed at the event? Smoking is prohibited inside the exhibition center.
